Annette McGrath trains individuals to reach for their personal best, adapting and working with what is to blaze a trail to what can be.
Annette has taught groups and individuals of all ages and fitness
levels for over 12 years, in-person and via Zoom.

RYT-500 (master teacher), E-RYT 200 (trainer of professional yoga teachers) and YACEP (creator of professional yoga courses), all via

She is also the author of an international, healthy cookbook, Lady Arabella's Guide to Elegant Brunch. (Currently available on Amazon.)

For over 10 years, Annette competed enthusiastically in pro-am ballroom dance in the NDCA circuit in all four styles, up to the Gold level in International Standard and American Smooth. She completed the DVIDA teacher training for Bronze American Smooth, Rhythm and Nightclub dances. She takes delight in working with dancers to serve their cross-training needs for a competitive edge.

As a mature athlete herself, Annette knows well how to work with the body, rather than beating it into submission, risking injury, strain and recurring setbacks.

A new client's first session is an assessment of their current state of strength, flexibility and balance. We will review the findings in a FREE 30-minute Zoom and set appropriate goals together.
All clients can choose from a variety of private session packages to suit their budgets and schedules. Package options include 4 hours, 13 hours and 52 hours. The higher the number of sessions committed to, the lower the hourly rate. Commitment is rewarded!
